Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 19, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy explains prohibited uses of MTD Technologies services, deliverables, websites, software, automation workflows, AI integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and related technical work.

1. General Requirements

You agree to use our services and deliverables lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that does not harm others, compromise systems, infringe rights, or violate applicable regulations or third-party platform terms.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services or deliverables to engage in unlawful activity, fraud, phishing, malware distribution, credential theft, unauthorized access, spam, harassment, exploitation, intellectual property infringement, privacy violations, or activities designed to bypass security controls.

3. AI and Automation Misuse

You may not use AI or automation solutions we build to impersonate others deceptively, generate harmful content, perform unauthorized scraping, manipulate users, evade platform restrictions, make unlawful automated decisions, or process sensitive data without an appropriate legal basis and safeguards.

4. Data Collection and Web Scraping

For web scraping, data extraction, and automation projects, clients are responsible for ensuring that data collection complies with applicable laws, website terms, privacy obligations, robots.txt guidance where relevant, and any required permissions. We may decline or stop work that appears abusive, unlawful, or high-risk.

5. Security and Access

You must not share credentials insecurely, request unauthorized access, or ask us to weaken security controls without a legitimate reason. You are responsible for ensuring that accounts, systems, and data you provide are owned by you or properly authorized for the project.

6. Content Standards

You are responsible for content supplied for websites, apps, automations, AI systems, and software. Content must not be unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, discriminatory, exploitative, or harmful.

7. Enforcement

If we believe this policy has been violated, we may refuse work, suspend services, remove access, terminate a project, or take other reasonable steps to protect our business, clients, users, systems, and legal obligations.
